Day Seven - Satan's Sancutary
I've stared at my iPod for a while now and I have no idea where to begin. Today I felt the pressence of darkness. It's a feeling that can't be described, if seen it can't be on TV, you have to be in it's presence, and feel Satan ruining, destroying, and capturing lifes.
I stood there and watched people worship a False god. A god who can promise them nothing, give them no hope, and had NO personal love for them. A god that was built, it even says the date it was built! Watching this happen in reality is so heartbreaking.
I saw a young girl 5-6 walk up and pray to a god who can do nothing for her. I watched people throw money unto nothing.
God threw a storm on me in those heart crashing moments, I got to witness just a portion of how He feels but that was just part of the storm. I thought how God must feel when I put something before Him...and I reminded my self how I felt in that moments. It's not a fun expierence at all.
Then worship came to my mind, and I reminded myself of the importance of worship. If these people were to come here to worship, proclaim, and throw money at a false god, then how will we respond. We respond by worshiping the one and only God who deserves all the praises. He is the King of kings, the Lord of all, and the God who is mighty to save. Just His name is poweful. We have to lift His name higher and higher. We have to worship Him all the days of our lifes. The dark places...we have to go to, and share the Good News, Jesus has paid our debt. He had risen, it is risen.
I challenged you to take yourself back to the heart of worship. We are so unworthy of His love, but yet He still went to the old rugged cross. Let's lift His name higher and higher. Let's plow the harvest. Will you be a labor???
